Well accompanied

Personal advice.

Pregnancy and trying to conceive are individual. Discuss every food supplement during this phase with your doctor or midwife — especially high-dose products (e.g. high-dose vitamin D, frankincense, ashwagandha) are not suitable for pregnant women. Our range for this stage of life is growing — feel free to get in touch.

Frequently asked questions

Good to know.

Which products are off-limits during pregnancy?

High-dose products such as Vitamin D3 5.000 IE, frankincense extract or ashwagandha are not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Always have the use confirmed by a doctor.

Why omega-3 (DHA)?

The mother’s intake of DHA contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes in the foetus and breastfed infant. The stated daily amount is decisive — discuss the dosage with your doctor.

Why iron with vitamin C?

Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Vitamin C additionally supports normal iron absorption. Take only in case of a proven need and after consultation.

Are the products vegan?

Yes — our Omega 3 comes from algae oil and is vegan. All products are lab-tested (V-Label). You’ll find the certificates on every product page.
