2. Principles
We process personal data in good faith, lawfully and proportionately. We only process data that is necessary for the stated purposes and only for as long as necessary. Where required (e.g. newsletter, non-essential cookies), we obtain your consent.
3. Data processed & purposes
- Order processing / customer account: name, address, e-mail, telephone if applicable, order and payment data – for the performance of the contract and for legal obligations.
- Website operation: server log data (IP, browser, time) for security and stability.
- Communication: enquiries by e-mail or form.
- Marketing: newsletter only with consent (double opt-in).
4. Cookies & consent
We use technically necessary cookies as well as – only with your consent – further cookies. Management is carried out via Borlabs Cookie. You can revoke your consent at any time.
5. Disclosure to third parties / processors
We only disclose personal data to the extent necessary for the stated purposes, to carefully selected processors (with a data processing agreement):
- Hosting & e-mail: ALL-INKL.COM (Germany/EU)
- Shop: WooCommerce / WooCommerce Germanized
- Payment: Stripe (Ireland/USA), PayPal (Luxembourg/USA) as well as further methods displayed during the order process
- Shipping: commissioned shipping service provider incl. customs clearance
- Newsletter: Klaviyo (USA)
- Website remote maintenance: iThemes/Solid Sync (USA)
- Reviews: ProvenExpert (Germany)
- AI product advisor “Professor Nuno”: Anthropic, PBC (USA)
6. Disclosure abroad
Disclosure abroad only takes place if the state concerned ensures adequate protection (list of states of the FDPIC; the EU/EEA are deemed adequate) or if appropriate safeguards exist (e.g. standard contractual clauses, Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for the USA).
7. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes or as required by statutory retention periods (in particular Art. 958f CO – ten years for business records). Afterwards, the data is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
You have in particular the right to information (Art. 25 revFADP), rectification, erasure/destruction, objection to certain processing operations as well as the right to the release/transfer of your data (Art. 28 revFADP). 9. Supervisory authority
The competent supervisory authority is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern, www.edoeb.admin.ch.
10. AI product advisor “Professor Nuno”
On the website we offer an AI chatbot (“Professor Nuno”) for product advice. When you use the chat, your inputs are transmitted to Anthropic, PBC (San Francisco, USA) to generate the response and are processed there. Use is voluntary; please do not enter any sensitive personal data in the chat. Disclosure to the USA is based on appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures, including SSL/TLS encryption.
