15 years of ice hockey, six of them at top level in Austria, Switzerland and internationally: a season has over 50 games, plus daily training, travel, little sleep. Kilian got to know NUI through the Vorarlberg scene — and curiosity became routine: the NONI ritual in the morning, B vitamins at midday, magnesium in the evening.
Since 2022 he has been a certified personal trainer, since 2023 a mental coach with a B licence — for him, routine is not a buzzword but a profession.
