Right of return
In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal or return in distance selling. The statutory warranty under the Code of Obligations applies (Art. 197 et seq. CO); defects must be reported without delay after receipt.
Voluntary right of return (goodwill)
Beyond the statutory warranty rights, we grant you a voluntary right of return of 14 days from receipt of the goods. The condition is that the goods are unopened, originally sealed and unused.
Excluded for reasons of health protection and hygiene are all opened or unsealed foods and food supplements (juices, sprays, capsules, powders, gels and the like).
Please contact us before any return at office@shopperstars.com. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer. After receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method. This right of return is a voluntary service and does not restrict your statutory rights.
