The story
From a small village to the national team.
Eight years in the top division in Austria, runner-up in 2017, champion in 2019, World Championship squad in 2024: Ramon’s path is the result of hard, consistent work – and that’s exactly how he approaches his preparation too.
What he values about NUI is the variety of products for preparation and recovery – and that they are made in Vorarlberg, where he plays and lives.
How Ramon uses NUI
A day in rhythm.
07:30 – After getting up
60 ml NONI Original
Chilled, before breakfast – the firm start to the day.
After training
3 scoops of Upgrade Vital
Into the shaker drink – right after an ice or strength session.
Evening – with the meal
2 capsules of Omega 3
Simply with the meal – a fixed part of the evening routine.
