Seven forms. One system.
Magnesium citrate
Bound to citric acid – the organic form with high solubility.
Magnesium bisglycinate
Bound to the amino acid glycine – the gentle, stomach-friendly form.
Magnesium gluconate
Bound to gluconic acid – a readily soluble organic form.
Magnesium glycerophosphate
Bound to glycerophosphate – the fat-soluble organic component.
Magnesium oxide
The compact depot form – lots of elemental magnesium in little space.
Magnesium carbonate
The alkaline form – rounds out the spectrum.
Magnesium chloride
The salt-like form – highly water-soluble.
Why seven?
Each form brings different properties – solubility, tolerability, accompanying compounds. Magnesium 7 combines the spectrum: 500 mg of elemental magnesium per daily serving (133 % NRV).
Your routine.
It doesn't get any simpler.
Good to know.
Why seven forms instead of one high-dose form?
Each magnesium compound brings different properties – solubility, tolerability, accompanying compounds. A single form doesn't cover the spectrum. Magnesium 7 combines all seven, so you don't have to choose.
When is the best time to take the capsules?
Two capsules with a meal and 250 ml of water – many people take them in the evening because it fits nicely into an evening routine. Consistency matters more than the time of day.
Does Magnesium 7 go well with other NUI products?
Yes – within the Energy Routine, everything is designed to work together. Stick to the recommended intake of each individual product.
Is the product vegan?
Yes – Magnesium 7 is vegan, without rice flour, recipe from Austria.
Fits your ritual.
