Methylcobalamin, dissolved in glycerine and water
The vitamin B12 is present as methylcobalamin. The compounds that count as vitamin B12 are grouped under the name cobalamins, and methylcobalamin is one of them. It is dissolved in vegetable glycerine and distilled water. The list of ingredients contains nothing else: vegetable glycerine, distilled water, methylcobalamin. The recipe contains no alcohol and no ingredients of animal origin. The drops are vegan.
One drop a day
The label states 1 drop daily. The dropper pipette of the bottle helps you measure exactly one drop. Because the daily dose is so small, the contents of one bottle are enough for about 1,000 daily doses on paper. What counts for use is the best-before date on the bottle.
