Ubiquinone-10 as the form
On the label, the coenzyme Q10 is listed as ubiquinone-10. This is the chemical name of the form contained in the capsule. Coenzyme Q10 is neither a vitamin nor a mineral. For this reason there is no nutrient reference value (NRV) for it, and the nutrient table shows a dash instead of a percentage.
How to take the capsule
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a high-fat meal or with 1 teaspoon of oil or fat. This is how it appears on the label. Do not take more than one capsule a day, as the recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
What else is in the capsule
The list of ingredients is short: rice flour (Oryza sativa) is included as a bulking agent, and the capsule shell is made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) instead of gelatine. Then there is the coenzyme Q10 itself. The capsule contains no anti-caking agents and no preservatives.
